Title: Crusty Corn Bread

1 1/4	c	Water
2 1/3	c	Wheat flour
1/3	c	Gluten flour
1/3	c	Cornmeal
1	tb	Dry milk
2	tb	Sugar
2	tb	Orange zest
1 1/2	ts	Salt
1	ts	Crushed red pepper
3	tb	Oil
2	tb	Honey
4	ts	Yeasty
1/3	c	Corn, drained well

Add water to pan, then add the rest of the ingedients expect the corn. Set machine on wheat mode, at the beep add the corn.
